DominoMPC — MCP connectsign-in required

HCL Domino mail, calendar, tasks, contacts, and physical letters for ChatGPT and Claude via MCP + OAuth.

This page is shown because you opened https://dominompc.ai-build.ltd/mcp in a browser without an MCP bearer token. API clients use POST with Authorization: Bearer … after OAuth.

Two steps (both required)

1. Connector OAuth — The client exchanges PKCE with dominompc (/oauth/authorize → /oauth/token).
2. Domino mailbox — Browser sign-in via MailRedirect sets dominoCookie in the gateway session used for your mail ActionWebhook.xsp.

Connect in Claude

1. Open claude.ai → Settings → Integrations.
2. Find HCL Domino Assistant (or add a custom MCP connector) and Disconnect if you connected before.
3. Add remote MCP server URL: https://dominompc.ai-build.ltd/claude/mcp
4. Approve OAuth when Claude opens dominompc — you should reach Sign in with Domino.
5. Click Sign in on Domino (MailRedirect), sign in to Notes, wait for Mailbox linked, then return to Claude.
6. In chat, run tool get_connection_status — expect connected (not degraded).

Use Chrome or Edge if Claude’s built-in browser shows a blank page (copy the MailRedirect URL from the dominompc page).

Do not paste a *.claudemcpcontent.com URL — that is assigned by Claude automatically.

Connect in ChatGPT

1. Open ChatGPT → Settings → Apps → Connectors.
2. Remove any previous connector for this gateway (ChatGPT may still list it under an old name), then Add connector.
3. Paste MCP server URL: https://dominompc.ai-build.ltd/chatgpt/mcp
4. Complete OAuth → on dominompc click Sign in on Domino (MailRedirect) → Mailbox linked.
5. Start a chat with the connector: call open_domino_dashboard, then get_domino_instructions, then get_connection_status.

Troubleshooting

• Not authenticated — Complete OAuth and MailRedirect as the same user. Dual-host cookies stay stored; do not disconnect a working host to switch notes vs notes-z.
• invalid_client on authorize — dominompc must support Client ID Metadata Documents (URL client_id); redeploy the latest gateway build.
• Degraded / Server Login HTML — DominoMPC does not store a Notes password; heartbeat keeps MailRedirect cookies warm. If the cookie expired, complete MailRedirect again. Do not force a log-off of the other stored host.
